Knesseth Israel Congregation
We are the only Orthodox synagogue in the State of Alabama. Established in 1889, Knesseth Israel has been a pillar of Jewish continuity and a powerful link in an unbroken chain for the Birmingham community.
Knesseth Israel (also known as KI) is a warm and friendly shul where people from all backgrounds join together for a fantastic growing experience.
